Co-Founder / Real Estate Broker / Developer / Property Manager
Perry’s focus is the purchase, development, and management of real estate projects. The expertise he brings allows for comprehensive project execution. In 2017, Perry founded Green Arch Development with the mission of building a company committed to sustainable design and development. Perry earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the Lindner School of Business at the University of Cincinnati. He is a Real Estate Broker, member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Realtors.
Robert Karn Jr.
Co-Founder / Head of Sustainable Systems & Technologies
Rob is the company leader in sustainable systems and practices for architectural implementation. His passion lies in designing and constructing resource-efficient and cost-effective buildings with a focus on benefiting those that dwell within the structure. With rapidly advancing modern technology and building systems, Rob's responsibility is to track cutting-edge design options and building mechanics to maximize the efficiency of our projects. Rob earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University in Biology with a concentration of Conservation Biology and Ecology.

With 30 years of experience as an Architect, Robert has designed a variety of building types, ranging from single-family to large scale residential projects, as well as medical, healthcare, and educational facilities. This work has allowed for him and his family to live in beautiful cities across the United States and Europe, bringing further inspiration and understanding as the years passed. His work at Lincoln House as lead architect with Consilium Urban Design and Architecture was featured on Houzz.com – link provided below. Robert received his bachelor's and master's degree in architecture from the University of Arizona and University of Illinois respectively and a master's degree in Urban Design from Harvard University.
